“Don’t humans who have vampire blood
in them when they die become vampires?” asked Athena with a gulp.”
“Yes,” said Zeus, “they do.”
“And there isn’t a way to prevent
that?” asked Athena.
“There is one way,” said Hera, “If a
queen dies, all humans with her blood in them become normal again.”
“Wait,” said Athena, “you’re saying
that if Michelle dies then I am free of her control?”
“That’s right,” said Hera, “now
don’t go trying to plot her death because the closer you are to her to more
control she has over you.”
“No!” shouted Athena.
Chapter Eight
Olym Mansion…[U2]
“Athena?” asked Hera, “are you all
right?”
“Mom,” said Athena, “I know you and
dad are going to say to stay away from her so she can’t have any control over
me but it’s not going to be possible. We have gym class together and she is
even in cheerleading tryouts this week.”
“Oh dear,” said Hera.
“I guess you can’t call me in sick
for the rest of the week can you?” asked Athena.
“I’m afraid that would be too
suspicious even for us,” said Hera.
“Then what do I do to fight off her
control?” asked Athena.
“You resist with all your might,”
said Zeus, “Remember young lady, you are an Olym. A reincarnation of the
goddess Athena. Draw on that idea every time you are around her and you should
be able to resist her control.”
“I will daddy,” said Athena,
“thank-you.”
She starts to head for her room when
Zeus stops her.
“Now wait a minute young lady,” he
said, “what exactly got you in detention in the first place.”
“Clucking like a chicken in gym
class,” said Athena who then laughed.
“What’s so funny?” asked Hera.
“It was Michelle that told me to do
it,” said Athena.
“And why exactly did you not go into
the detention room?” asked Zeus.
“I got into a fight with Aphrodite,”
said Athena.
“Wait,” said Hera, “that’s not
possible. Olyms do not fight with other members of the family.”
“Well we did,” said Athena, “and it
was because of Michelle too. Please let me use the family’s influence to get
her kick out of school.”
“You know,” said Hera, “that is not
a bad idea at all. Go directly to see the principal in the morning and tell her
that due to the events that occurred today you want Michelle expelled from
school. And make sure you tell her your name is Olym.”
“Yes man,” said Athena.
“Judy,” said Queen Victoria,
“report!”
“My queen,” said Judy, “Two members
of the Olym family are under Michelle’s control and none of the three are aware
of this.”
“What do they know?” asked Queen
Victoria.
“They know that Michelle can make
the girls do whatever she pleases but they have no idea that her blood is in
them,” said Judy.
“Any idea on how to kill these two
girls so they can become vampires?” asked the queen.
“None,” said Judy, “but I’ll come up
with something.”
“See that you do,” said the queen,
“dismiss.
She picks up the genie bottle.
“Oh no,” said Jessica, “Here we go
again.”
The Cave…[U5]
Queen Victoria removes the lid and
in the form of a cloud of pink smoke came Jessica.
“Master?” asked Jessica when she
resumes human form “how may I serve you?”
“Can you foretell the future?” asked
the queen.
“Yes I can,” said Jessica, “what
would you like to know?”
“Can you also reveal things that
have already happen in the recent past?” asked the queen.
“Yes, mam,” said Jessica.
“Tell me how many vampires are there
with Michelle’s blood in them?” asked the queen.
“2,” said Jessica.
“And what are their names?” asked the
queen.
“One is named Julie,” said the
genie, “she is the victim of a witches’ ceremonial sacrifice. The other is
Katherine the victim of a gunshot womb.”
“What have they done as vampires?”
asked Victoria.
“Julie has killed one of the witches
that took part in the ceremony,” said the genie.
“And when did this happen?” asked
the queen.
“It happen the other night when the
moon was full,” said the genie, “She actually did it to save the girl from
becoming like me.”
“Okay,” said the queen, “and what
about Katherine?”
“She got revenge on her killer, a
ruthless mob boss and her son by drinking their blood until they were both
dead,” said the genie.
“I see,” said the queen who opens
the lid to the bottle again, “Return.”
