Bite Me v.7 Chapter 20 Part 1 of 10 (Season Finale)

Mary appeared  and then resumed human form.

“Yes, Michelle,” said Mary, “the time loop has ended. I hope you have learned your lesson about when to use and not to use magic.”

“I have but why did the time reversal I created trigger the time loop to begin with?” asked Michelle.

“Two reasons,” said Mary, “One, to teach you that lesson. And two, to allow you a chance to slay Judy and her four cohorts.”

“So they were on their way to invade Atlantis,” said Michelle.

“No,” said Mary, “they were on their way to Atlantis, yes, but not to invade. They were going there to stop the birth of an Atlantisian born Vampire Queen.”

“Wait,” said Michelle, “what? You mean I slayed them for no reason?”

“No,” said Mary, “slaying them was the right thing to do because if the people of Atlantis have embraced vampires in their city then they should be allowed to have a vampire queen if they so choose.”

“What do I do now?” asked Michelle.

“Go to school,” said Mary, “that is the only thing that is important at the moment.”

“Yes, mam,” said Michelle, who then heads back to town.

“Oh my dear child,” said Mary, “I’m afraid there is only one solution to the problems you are facing. You must be the vampire queen you were destined to become 24/7. That sweet little girl I raised is to be no more. I sure am going to miss her though.”

Chapter 20

Soon, it will be time to end Michelle’s short reign as queen and I will become…,” thought Victoria when she was suddenly hit with five shots of pain.

            “Ah!” she screams.

Other Vampires in cave quickly came to her aid.

“My queen,” said one of those vampires, “what is the matter?”

“I was just hit with five shots of pain in the chest,” said Victoria, “that can only mean one thing.”

            “What’s that?” asked the vampire.

“Five members of the clan have been slayed,” explained Victoria, “as you should know when a member of a clan is slayed it affects that clan’s queen.”

“Who were the five?” asked the vampire.

“I don’t know the names of those who serve me except for my top generals,” said Victoria, “And indeed one of them was slayed.”

            “Who?” asked the vampire.

            “Judy,” said Victoria.

“Man,” said Michelle, “I better work fast, if I’m going to make it to school on time. It’s a good thing I didn’t rewind time that last run through the loop or I would be going through it right about now.”

            David comes to the door.

“You ready for school?” he asked.

“Yeah,” said Michelle, “I am. I just need to write in my diary again.”

“Dear Diary,” she writes, “I just went through a horrible experience. It’s a time parody called a loop where things continually repeat until something happens to end the loop. Unfortunately, I was the one to start the loop to begin with. I know now I have to be more careful when using witchcraft. I’m a slayer/queen. I’m not cut out to practice the craft and the only way I know to get rid of it is to denounce it. But I will have to wait until the next full moon to do so and that is a month away.”

            She pauses for a bit.

“Well I’ll be writing again real soon, I hope,” she writes.

She gets  up and exits her bedroom.

“I ready to go to school now,” said Michelle.

“Okay, sweetie, let’s go,” he said.

They exit the house and get into his car.

“My queen,” said Willard, the chief guard, “I found a volunteer. Bring her in.”

The guards bring in a female Atlantisian who was in chains.

            “Who is this?” asked Wendy.

“This is a petty thief we arrested months ago,” said Willard, “she keeps managing to escape and continues her thieving ways.”

“Will let me go you monster?” demanded the thief.

“What’s your name thief?” asked Wendy.

“What’s it to you?” asked the thief.

            “I’m your queen,” said Wendy.

“You’re not my queen,” said the thief, “there’s my queen. She had good ideas to improve the kingdom and you stole it from her.”

“I didn’t steal anything,” said Wendy, “It was my throne to begin with.”

“No,” said the thief, “you officially died meaning she was the true heir and it is her I will serve.”

“Take her to the table and strap her down,” ordered Wendy.

“At once my queen,” said Willard.

They take her over to the table despite her struggling to break free.

“You can’t do this to me you monster!” she yelled, “Queen Whitney wake up! And help your loyal servant!”

They force her down and strap her on the table.

“Should we begin the transfusion process?” asked Willard.

            “Do it!” ordered Wendy.

“What do you think you’re doing to me?” asked the thief.

“I’m transfusing vampire blood into you,” said Willard.

“What?” she asked, “Don’t do that! I’ll lose my Atlantisian form for 24 hours.”

Willard proceeds with the experimental procedure. As it occurs the thief begins to go more insane.

“Help! I’m being turned into a monster against my will! Help!” she cried, “Look at me! I’m already turning human! I won’t be able to breathe the atmosphere much longer.”

“My queen,” said Willard, “the process is done; may I go on with step two of the experiment.”

“Step 2?” asked the thief, “what is step 2?”

            “Your death thief,” said Willard.

“My what?” she asked, “Death? But what did I do to deserve to die?”

“You stole stuff,” said Willard, “thief and that is wrong in whatever land you live in.”

“I didn’t steal anything from legit Atlantisians,” claimed the thief, “only the false queen of this kingdom.”

“You stole therefore you are guilty of stealing,” said Willard, “It doesn’t matter from who. It makes you a criminal who has no rights and one which we can do anything we want with. My queen, please may I kill her to just shut her up for 24 hours.”

            “Do it,” said Wendy.

He takes an electric wire and wraps it around her wrist.

“Oh no,” she said, “not electrocution?”

He ignores her and activates the machine that sends a jolt of electricity into her killing her instantly. He then walks over to the Queen.

“My queen,” he says, “despite her cries there was never any signs of her turning human. She never lost her Atlantisian form at all.”

“Good,” said Wendy, “I am really pleased to hear this. Now have that young Atlantisian couple to meet me in the throne room. There is business I want to discuss with them.”
