Hello,
My name is William Edwin Sentell. But I go my Edwin. I am 35 years old and currently living with my parents. I work at a local nursing home in the kitchen where I wash dishes, set up the line to serve the residents and clean as well. I am single and hoping to someday get a place of my own. I have an older sister who is married and has three kids. I have a younger sister who is also married but she is a recent newlywed.
There isn't much to tell about myself but that. I love to write stories and have been doing so for a long time (since the first grade). This blog is my chance to do just that. I will be commenting on occasion about hot topics. But mostly I will be posting chapters from my current project entitled Bite Me v7.
To explain the v7 part is to just say that this story has gone through many variations and edits that it is now not the story it was when I first wrote it. In fact it is absolute completely different tale. Heck, v7 may not even be the correct number. I don't really know how many versions of this story I had on my old laptop before it crashed so for right now v7 is going to remain part of the title. If "Bite Me" is a trademark title, I am not aware of this and will be glad to change it if asked.
I am also a big superhero fan. I like superheroes, especially superhero teams like the Avengers or the Justice League or the Power Rangers. I grew up watching some of these teams on TV in one incarnation or another. So as a writer and a fan of these things, I do attempt to write fanfics every now and again. And I will be posting them on this blog as well. But please note these fanfics will include a disclaimer saying I do not own these properties because they are own by someone else who would not like me using their copyrighted materials and claiming it as my own.
Finally, I am a Christian. I am a born-again believer in Jesus Christ. I believe in God the Father and in the Holy Spirit. Some of my stories may not reflect this but I believe I can read and write stories about things such as Vampires or Mermaids and such without it affecting my faith. If a time comes that I change my mind then I will stop reading or writing such stories. This also goes back to commenting on the hot topics of the day. A lot of these hot topics have to do with religious issues. And I assure you that I do have my opinions on these things.
I will also be posting opinions on movies and TV Shows I have seen recently. I just recently seen Iron Man 3. My memory of the movie is fading so I may wait until it is out on DVD to post a blog on it. I will also be seeing Man of Steel at some point after it comes out and the Thor 2 movie in the fall. I don't know exactly how to do reviews on Movies but I will do my best when the time comes.
Two more things to mention in the introduction of myself. Well maybe three. 1. Uncle Ed is the name my niece and two nephews call me and I have always wanted to use it in some way like a pen name or something. I don't know. 2. I will probably not be doing any Vlogs because I don't know anything about them; I am a bit camera shy; and I will probably get interrupted by my parents at any given time. 3. I have a degree in Journalism at both the Associate and Bachelor's levels. I don't have a job in this fields nor have I ever had one. I have interviews but that is it and I have been out of school for nearly 10 years.
Well that is it. I have nothing more to say. I will enjoy reading the comments if I get any and will look forward to posting in the future. Good-bye.
